Friday Night the Harding Rams host the Olympic Trojans, and it is JB Spurrier Night at Harding. We will honor “Mr. Harding” at halftime. Mr. Spurrier’s daugheters – Suzette Leonard and Lorraine Benfield will particpate in a halftime ceremony to honor JB and all he did for Harding.
JB sadly passed away last year, and the featured picture above was him coming to our 1st Annual Maroon & Gold Day after we brought the Booster Club back to Harding after an 8 year absence. JB was so excited that all of his efforts would continue on through us, and we all will fight as JB did for so many years for equity for athletics for the Harding Rams.
Please if you have time, come on out to Harding Friday Night and show your support for JB Spurrier and everything he did for Harding throughout the years. We all thank him for the kind words, efforts, visits, and time he gave to our school for over 40 years!
